A kettle in a safety notice
The same photograph the Alt Text Studio uses, placed in a kitchen safety notice. The alt points at the two parts the notice is about and nothing else.
Kitchen safety
The handle stays cool. The body and the steam do not.
Lift by the handle only, and keep your hand away from the spout while pouring.

Why it works
The notice is about which parts are safe to touch. A reader using a screen reader needs the same thing a sighted reader gets from the picture: where the handle is, where the steam is. The alt names exactly those two, in the order the eye finds them, and skips the color of the body, the burner, and the lid, because none of that changes what the reader should do.
Compare the same image in a shop, where the color and finish matter, or on a decorative banner, where the right alt is empty. The Alt Text Studio walks through all five.
